Rupp Chapparal based FKE
It was built in the late 60’s and the body was being made by Ed Shields out of Seattle. The shape was based on the Chaparral 2E full-size Can-Am car of the time. His bodies were quite successful on the West Coast. This particular example has a modified Rupp Chaparral chassis, and originally had a modified Mac 101 on it. The last picture is of it running back in the day…though why the rear section was off I don’t know.
